When you cancel	Refund
30+ days before arrival	100% of paid amount
14–29 days before arrival	50% of the total
0–13 days before arrival / no-show	No refund

Early departure does not entitle to a refund of remaining nights. Force-majeure cases (official travel bans) are refunded as credit valid 24 months. Cleaning fee and Tourism Dirham are always refunded for cancelled stays.
